Seven Classic Start可以在Windows 7 以及Windows Server 2008中显示“经典”样式的开始菜单：

Start Killer与True Launch Bar一样都是由Tordex公司编写的。该软件的用途就是隐藏任务栏上的开始按钮，软件运行后开始按钮就被隐藏，软件退出则还原开始按钮。来看下对比吧：

大家应该看惯了任务栏上的开始按钮，没有开始按钮的任务栏可能显得有些怪异。此时你仍然可以通过按下快捷键来调出开始菜单，并不影响正常使用。

我喜欢使用Start Killer来增加一些任务栏显示空间，不过，用它来和你的朋友开个小玩笑也很不错哦！

Vista Start Menu Emulator是一个在Windows XP下模拟Vista开始菜单的工具，这个程序是使用VB 2005编写的，因此需要.Net Framework 2.0的支持。
软件运行以后会显示一个浮动的图标image ，你可以拖动这个图标到任何你想要的地方。点击这个图标会在桌面左下角显示如下的菜单：
